Hippophae rhamoides known as Sea Buckthorn is a natural plant flora in Turkey. Sea Buckthron is one of the most known medical plant in the world and the aim of this project is  to investigate  the extract of the plant’s in vitro antioxidant capacity after applying “Super CO2 Extraction”.

The demand of proteins are increasing as the population is growing world wide. People are looking for alternative plant based proteins sources to supply the demand. Hemp seeds are the seeds of the hemp plant, Cannabis sativa which has high quality oil, carbohydrates, insoluble fibers, vitamins, and nutritional minerals and exceptional proteins which has excellent nutritional value.   

In our latest (in progress) project we are focusing on amino acid enhanced hemp seed protein powder considering WHO recomendations.
